HOLIDAY SHIPPING UPDATES!

Due to the large volume of orders in a short amount of time during the holiday season, it might take up to 10 business days for your order to ship. Autographed items may take longer. Orders are filled in the order they are received regardless of shipping preference. We are committed to getting your items out as soon as we possibly can. Once items are ready to be shipped they will be sent by your chosen service UPS Ground or USPS (either First Class or Priority depending on weight). Shipping charges and transit times vary depending on location and size of order. Large orders may ship in multiple packages.

Q:   What’s the turn-around time on orders?

Orders are filled in the order they are received regardless of shipping preference. Most often orders are filled within 5 business days.  Please keep in mind Acony Records is a small, independent label, and each item is hand packed and shipped from our offices here in Nashville, TN!

Once items are ready to be shipped they will be sent by your chosen service UPS Ground or USPS (either First Class or Priority depending on weight).  Shipping charges and transit times vary depending on location and size of order. Large orders may ship in multiple packages. 

International orders will be shipped within 7-12 business days, but transit times can be up to 6-8 weeks to arrive. All international orders are shipped via Asendia and you’ll received tracking info once shipped. 

Preorders and backorders will ship as soon as they become available. 

 

Q:  Will all my items ship together? 

Not necessarily.  Soft items like T-shirts and bandanas will ship together in a padded mailer.  LPs, posters & fragile items will ship separately in boxes or tubes.  Large orders may ship in multiple packages.

 

Q:  Can I track my order?

Items shipped via USPS in the US and UPS can be tracked (USPS International does not provide detailed tracking information). As soon as an order ships, you will receive an email notification from us containing a link to your tracking number.  (Please note that some email providers mark these notifications as spam.) 

 

Q:  My order still hasn’t arrived – what do I do next?

Check your tracking number provided in the shipping email (see above).  If the tracking information isn’t current or you think a package has been lost in transit, please email us at webstore@aconyrecords.com and we’ll try to get to the bottom of it. 

 

Q: How do you handle Preorders / Backorders?

Preorders and backorders will ship as soon as they become available. 

In the unlikely event that we run out of a particular item, you will be notified via email and given the option to wait for it to be back in stock, or be given a refund.

Preorders for new releases will be shipped in time to meet the record release date for US addresses. We cannot guarantee release date arrival for our international customers.

 

Q: Will my international order be charged customs fees?


Certain countries charge additional customs fees and independent carrier charges. We can’t anticipate these costs and will not be able to reimburse you for any additional fees incurred. Before placing your order, please contact your local customs office to find out what kinds of fees you can expect.


Q: Can you mark international packages as a gift to avoid customs charges?


No.

 

Q:  How do I return / exchange my item?

To start a return or exchange, visit: aconyrecords.loopreturns.com

We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed or defective merchandise for return or exchange within 30 days from the shipping date. Unless you are processing an exchange, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Items purchased outside of the United States are not eligible for returns due to customs issues. "Final Sale” means the specified items are not eligible for return or exchange. If you receive an item and are dissatisfied, please email webstore@aconyrecords.com for further instructions on processing a return.

 

Q:  What if I want to cancel or make changes to my order?

Email us as soon as possible at webstore@aconyrecords.com and be sure to include your order number.  If it hasn’t shipped we can easily make changes.  If it has shipped we’ll have to process it as a return / exchange.   

 

Q:  What if my item arrives damaged?

Just email us at webstore@aconyrecords.com and we’ll make it right. 

 

Q:  How do I download the music I purchased?

After purchasing a download, you’ll receive two emails from Acony Records Online Store.   One is an order confirmation, the other will have links to download the music in your choice of format.  If by chance you didn’t get the second email, just email us at webstore@aconyrecords.com and we’ll resend the link.

If your purchase contains preorders, downloads will be delivered via email as soon as they become available. 

 

Q:   My download card from a vinyl record isn’t working

Email us at webstore@aconyrecords.com with a description of the problem and we’ll fix it!
